Roberds Risk Management LLC is an independent consulting firm that provides defensible expert quantitative decision and uncertainty analyses (aka “risk assessment and management”) services to public agencies, private companies, and engineering firms involved in high-consequence infrastructure projects.  This ensures such projects are optimized, typically saving a multiplier of many tens of the cost of the service, considering all relevant potential outcomes, while developing consensus among all the project stakeholders, including regulators.

We specialize in evaluating and managing risks for dams, levees, tunnels, pipelines, highways, railways, bridges, slopes, mines, waste disposal/cleanup, and other complex transportation and infrastructure systems—whether in the development, operational, or decommissioning stage.
